Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except for Holidays observed by OFM).
If you call during standard business hours and leave a message, you should receive a telephone response within 4 business hours or less. Calls received after 5PM or on Weekends will be returned by 11AM the next business day.
If required, on-site support is available after telephone support has been provided.
Please keep in mind there will be problems that arise which are unrelated to the OFM provided services. OFM is only authorized to support your internet service. Problems with your computer hardware, operating system, or virus infections/spyware, etc. are not covered under our agreement with Woodard Properties.
If it is determined that the problem is not due to the service provided by OFM, we will advise you in advance of any charges that you may incur. You may, at this time, accept OFM’s services at our current labor rates, or you may seek assistance on your own. Our technician will provide you with general information regarding your problem.
Please keep in mind that on-site response times are not guaranteed and will be scheduled as quickly as possible.
